What is a rod pod used for?
A rod pod is a free-standing frame for two or three fishing rods with alarms. It does not need the bank to take a stick.
How is a rod pod different from similar gear?
A frame with legs, not a single rest. Carp and multi-rod bottom fishing, especially on hard stands and swims with no soil.
When should you use a rod pod?
Set it up when you fish more than one rod and cannot spike a bank stick — wooden platforms, rock, or gravel.
What problems does a rod pod solve?
It holds a row of rods level on ground that would refuse a stick.
